Tommy joined our Compass team as a youth worker in June 2023. He is deeply committed to creating positive social change for young people navigating the justice system.

Originally from Carlow, Tommy holds a BA in Social Care from TUD and brings over eight years of experience working in children’s residential care. Outside of work, he enjoys playing football, hurling, and guitar.
