Originally from Ballymun, Dylan joined Solas Project in December 2022 as a youth worker with the Liberate team. Dylan brings to the team 10 years of experience as a community youth worker and an honours degree in youth and community work. Dylan deeply believes in the potential of young people, in his own words:

“Coming from a similar area and challenges, I want to provide space and positive alternatives for young people that give them opportunities to grow, find themselves, and to be empowered to make positive change in their own lives and communities.”

Outside of work Dylan keeps himself busy with his many interests including DJing, football, magic, and the gym.
